USE YOU NOGGIN! ..................PERHAPS YOU WILL GET THE BRIGHT IDEA TO COMPLAIN TO CANADA POST AND/OR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. OR IS YOUR PURPOSE TO TRY TO SHOW HOW POWERLESS THE CITY OF RED DEER REALLY IS?!

HEY I AGREE WITH YOU.....DO NOT MISUNDERSTAND ME.....THE CITY WONT EVEN PAINT OVER GRAFFITI ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY AS I HAVE ALSO SEEN ON HERE BUT LIKE TO STICK IT TO PROPERTY OWNERS WHO HAVE GRAFFITI PLACED ON THEIR PROPERTY TO THE POINT OF FINING THEM FOR NOT PAINTING OVER THE GRAFFITI QUICKLY ENOUGH AND AT A RIDICULOUSLY HIGH LEVEL.......THAT IS MY BEEF.....SORRY NO OFFENCE!
