Sharraxaadda

Traffic is heavy on military road and many cars take a left turn onto Gause Blvd. Major repair work has been done in this intersection and recently the lights were worked on. Now, a green arrow allows for left turns, both onto gause for north bound traffic and onto Hedwig bluff for south bound traffic. The light then turns red for the left turn lane onto gauze, to accommodate a longer time for left turns onto Hedwig bluff. Few, if any cars turn left onto Hedwig bluff as it is a residential area ... however, commuters stack taking the left turn onto gauze for I10/I12 access . Once school starts in a few weeks, it will be even worse, delaying school buses for sure.

The amount of time for left turns needs to be switched ... and it would be nice to have the car sensing feature restored to this intersection before school starts.
