They have paved and repaved the road twice in the last three years. 3 years ago lights at 530 in the morning used to blink so thru traffic could just go thru since no one was awake on the side streets. Now if you get caught wrong you are waiting for all three lights every morning and your the only person on the road. At least put sensors on them just like RTE 4 9and 20 or put them on a timer to after midnight and until 0530 so cars and trucks are not just idling at three lights for no reason other than the light is changing
