The sidewalk in front of 9916 Arvilla Ave NE is littered with large (4-6") landscaping rock, obstructing pedestrian access. This appears to be due to the home tenant driving a large SUV over the curb to park in the yard. The attached photographs clearly show the rocks scattered across the sidewalk. There is also a silver conversion van in the driveway that has not moved for at least several weeks - it has a completely flat right front tire.
