Severely overgrown weed growth creating potential hazard. Also, strong smell of human waste halfway between Trader Joes and the overpass, possible homeless encampment.

I'd reported this back in May. Nothing has been done. How about doing something more than simply acknowledging this, city of Oakland public works?

I also reported this sidewalk in May as very overgrown. In July the service request was closed ( Service Request ID: 658380) even though ZERO had been done. I reopened the service request (service request #668527 was assigned). And yes there clearly are people living down there.
