Clifton Street was repaired and repaved and only some crosswalk markings where repainted. This intersection is in proximity to schools, transit stops and recreational facilities, with a high level of pedestrian activity, particularly of children and persons with disabilities near this intersection. Without these crosswalk markings it raises the safety risk to pedestrians, especially children and persons with disabilities.
