This huge leaf pile has been on the road for weeks. It takes up more space than a car would, and when it is dark out, the pile is VERY hard to see coming around the bend inthe road. You are on top of the pile almost before it is too late. Bylaw we can shovel snow onto the road, how is this different ? The road is being blocked, and it is unsafe for drivers and cyclists.
