My name is Phil Houston working for Broad spectrum representing FDOT in Pinellas county. This email is in regards to a major washout between 2 business’s, Knight Enterprises and Spa manufactures located at 6056 ulmerton Rd Pinellas County 33760. This issue is due to excessive water runoff from the properties and washing out the FDOT ROW. All underground utilities in this area are exposed and creating a dangerous situation for all parties. We are in the process of continuing to safe up this area which in fact has been an ongoing situation and would appreciate your help on solving this issue.
