Thank you for submitting your request. The DPW has received your work order. Dimeo has been notified. Mr. Dieterle has responded to your requests.
• Road plates at 36 Stevens Street are separating and banging
• Bad mud on excavated street
These issues were fixed first thing this morning. These occurred due to the heavy rain we received yesterday.
• According to the BIA ROD we are supposed to have Heavy Truck Exclusion signs protecting Stevens Street and Pinehill. I've asked three times. Install them or force Dimeo to do so.
According to the BIA ROD these signs are required during the operation of the casino not the construction. Under Section 6.1 (page 36) of the ROD these items are listed. I have attached the pages were it is outlined.
