Description

I was riding my bike north on 16th Street, when a black Pontiac w/ PA plate # FMG3426 pulled up behind me, applied his horn for a few minutes, then revved the engine to both unnecessarily and unsafely get around me, nearly knocking me off of my bike.

Harrassment/rage.
