I live off from Essex St. has anyone noticed the increased traffic on this road and when they get up past Grandview Ave. which is a 25 mph zone folks seem to speed up there not speed down I have see the police hiding on essex trying to catch speeders this is not enough in my opinion why don't they set up a couple of those electronic speeding signs to let folks know they are speeding and to record the speeders on that road I mean come on this is a Big Residential street whats the Hurry
