This is the 3rd time I've had to open a ticket at this property. I am guessing the home is no longer owner occupied since trash disposal was not an issue. Guessing the occupant now doesn't understand the Malden blue bag policy.

Tracy we pickup the bags and go through them to get identification from who is dumping. We would prefer to pick it up than subject our residents to look at bags of trash. We have left information at this home about the PAYT program as well.
