Thank you for letting us know. There was a water main break at the corner and the DTE pole had to be removed at that time in order to fix the break. Is this the pole you are referring to?
I will contact DTE of the problem.

Yes the pole is now removed due to the water main break, but prior to the pole being removed the light bulb was burnt out.
