The enormous encampment is back on 18th and Shotwell. Giant tents/cardboard structures, chop shop, feces and needles on street, and the lovely added bonus of sexual harassment as I walk down that block. Yay me, they think my boobs are nice. Why is this okay?? When it be cleaned up when a woman is actually physically assaulted? What will it take?
