Description

There needs to be a leaf and tree debris pick up at the dead end on N. Fourth Avenue. Also a street sweep. The mud and debris collected is causing flooding at the end of the street during heavy rains since it keeps water from running under the fence at end of street. Further, there is a lot of overgrown vegetation growing in the street as a result. This was first reported in January and I only recently learned it should be reported as a drainage issue.
