Description

For the last couple of months there has been an increase in trash and littering on the 2912-2915 block of 2nd Avenue. The increase in both trash and littering has been more prevalent since the remodeling of the school and since there has been a store put on the corner of Brooklyn Park and 2nd Avenue. There are no available trash containers for the people who utilize the store or for the men that are helping with the construction to put their trash in. So the trash either ends up on the streets or in the yards. On 3rd Avenue on the 2900 block, there City maintained trash receptacles on the Block they're actually 2. 2900 block of ,2nd Ave also needs those same type of trash receptacles. We've always taken pride in keeping our neighborhood clean.
