Description
Tenents at 1807 Roosevelt own large mastiff dog which is constantly tied to a tree in the yard with a steel cable. The dog is usually unattended and charges at the fence. Additionally, the owners do not clean up after the dog and the odor extends across the street and into neighboring yards. The two trees in the back yard that the dog is tied to have been permanently damaged by the steel cable and will probably die in the next few years.
This neglected dog has become a public nuisance and should be removed from the property.

Owner here:
(1) Dog is safely secured within a 10x10x6 1/2 Dog Kennel.
(2) Dog is no longer able to charge the fence, the most he does is bark.
(3) Around this time the dog contracted hookworms, which was taken care of, and ended up having bad diarrhea. Since then has been cured and the diarrhea waste is no longer an issue. (Hard to pick up liquid)
(4) The trees and all other vegetation have been sheared, trimmed, and removed per the landlord. They are not going to die. Since purchase of the kennel the dog is not chained to the tree any longer.
(5) The dog was never "constantly" tied to the tree and was only done to use the bathroom.
Feel free to visit and conduct your investigation. Thank you for the concern.
