McDonald's restaurant at Highland Street and Rte. 139 has permanently installed sprinklers that they use every morning before 6:00 AM (see photo.) Town DPW Superintendent's Office was notified of the issue by phone more than 10 days ago. Apparently no action has been taken, since the sprinklers were in use at the business as of this morning. Please require this business to stop using their sprinklers immediately. Furthermore, I suggest that the Town direct any homeowner or business owner with a permanently installed sprinkler device to remove or cap the device (since use of the device is always prohibited in Randolph regardless of Water Ban Phase.)
