There are two abandoned cars directly across the street at 5307 Campbell Ave.A white cadillac has been blocking my driveway for two weeks without moving once.An officer ran the plates and said there was nothing he could do about the vehicle.the vehicle does not belong to the house and is not inspected.A car length away is a white buick that has not moved in 7 months even when the street is cleaned.
