J. Barker investigated 8/29/16. This is a private storm drain system and is not maintained by Howard County. The pipe inside the structure is steel and appear to have separated as sunken areas are over top of the pipe. I spoke with the neighbor Nick Guyer (SP) who said he knew this was private but thought if the neighbors purchased the materials, the County would install it free of charge. I asked about the easements and he said he wasn't sure everyone would be in for that. No work to be done at this time. I left a voice mail for the customer.
