Everyday I walk the track; I see all kinds of abuse of this once beautiful facility. No one seems to care. They ride their bikes, hoverboards, push baby strollers, rollerblades and the final straw was the CVS shopping cart. Trash strewn everywhere, no one throws away water bottles.
