Cooper Street water Main: This happened a few weeks ago where the water main on our whole block was backed up. The same occurrence may be happening again as my toilet is having the same symptoms as it did when the block's main broke. So the main on our block is probably backed up again. I am reporting this now hopefully it'll be fixed before somebody's house gets flooded.
