Your whole redo in far away future plan needs to be scrapped (it starts in what year??) My sister popped a tire in a pothole on this block!. Fix this block!
Maybe the under represented minorties in my neighborhood don't matter. Hmm. Poor part of town. Minority ignored.. Closed case. Not fixed? Could be hard to explain to city council and to mayor. I know there are other complaints. Are you planning to fix this!!! Do Not Close This Case!!
