Nothing was done. Per your website, "Trim any vegetation that protrudes into the alley, sidewalk or public right-of-way." is a code requirement. This appears to be a rather clear violation.

One of the three houses with these bushes was trimmed. Thank you to that owner. The other two still extend out over 2/3 of the side walk. If Code enforcement can't get the bushes trimmed How can we petition to have the sidewalk widened so it can be used as intended.

Thank you for bringing this concern to the City of Richmond, Department of Planning and Development Review, however, when the Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Inspector visited the property, it was determined that there are no active code violations found on this property at this time. The Inspector will continue to monitor the situation in the future.
