8:05 a.m. 11/15/2012 balck mercedes parked int he travel lanes during commuter rush hour. This car is often parked at this location during morning rush. This morning caused a thorugh traller to swerve into my lane, I braked hard to avoid contact and car behind me locked their brakes to avoid me. Why can't this car be towed? It is easy to spot and a danger to traffic.

This situation with the black Mercedes parking in a No Parking Zone during morning rush hour traffic causing near miss accidents has been formally reported to Richmond Police (Request #20020873157) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
