4th REQUEST for this same issue. Please address. The storm drain at 3216 Condie Street is clogged up to the street level with sand mud debris. NO WATER can flow into it. This is something residents pay for in taxes. This drain has been clogged for years. Needs the manhole cover lifted and dug out. AS well there is a large DEAD tree and limbs overhanging walkway and parking areas. This tree is SPLIT at the base and will come down and hurt someone or cause damage to cars, etc. This Tree is on city property and is DEAD / needs to be removed.
