Ronda, I will be sending a code violation letter to 5724 Egret regarding the couch and wheelbarrow (as well as a truck and lawnmower being stored on the grass in the side yard that I documented during a site inspection). Could you please submit additional pictures or help me verify if another address is involved with the storage in the back yard? These lots are extremely deep so it is hard to tell whether the other storage is in 5724's Egret's back yard or in the back yard of one of the houses on Loon Drive. Please be aware that each property is allowed to have up to two (2) vehicles parked directly on the grass in their back yard. Each boat, trailer, car, or camper counts as one (1) vehicle.

"Just cleaning up the neighborhood," are you still having issues with the neighboring property. They had until this past Friday to remove the couch and properly store the wheelbarrow. It is hard for me to independently confirm that they have been properly dealt with as you cannot see that portion of the yard from the road (and I generally do not go on private property to take pictures without the explicit consent of the person who is making the complaint)

Michael, Yes, thank you. So far everything looks good. There are other houses in this neighborhood with junk in their yards. They should be easily seen from the street, I appreciate your taking care of this. People don't realize how it affects our property rates out here. One day they may want to sell...

I am closing this complaint as the property was brought into compliance earlier this year. Please alert the City if any problems resurface.
