Per Ms. English with the Department of Public Works - utility division see comment below:

" BGE has coned the area for safety and has it on their work order list to complete. A GAS vault popped the sidewalk and they will repair the two slabs that buckled. Just wanted to let you know I’m hoping to have that repaired in the next 2 weeks - pending weather".

Actually, i checked on my drive home yesterday and the problem is not fixed. see picture. I'm not sure what BGE did. I didn't see any other repairs along the sidewalk, down which I rode my bike today from the fire station to the high school.

I apologize - I will have our inspector take another look.

Our investigation has determined that this is a storm drain issue and will be addressed by W&S maintenance. Thank you for informing us of this concern.

Per Chief of Highways the repairs are complete at this location.
