I have reported the outage to EMC. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the light to be repaired. At the end of that time frame, please let me know if the issue has or has not been resolved so that I can either re-notify EMC or close the issue.

Not sure why this hasn't been addressed, but I will re-report it. They will ask for another 5 to 7 business days, so please let me know at the end of that time if it has or hasn't been fixed. Hopefully, they will get it replaced.

EMC indicated that the light had been repaired on September 6th, but I advised them that it was still not working. They are going to send someone out to see what the issue is in the next 5 to 7 business days. Please keep me posted.
