Description

This apartment building just had a new roof, new windows, new pain and trim. The first of last week an extension was propped up on the front of the building with nothing being done. Is this an emergency exit or just someplace to lay the ladder. This happened once before and the ladder was used for anything but sitting there, like a sore thumb.
