I can see that they have been prepping to dig. The marks for the electric lines and gas lines are nearly washed away. Hole is now 4 feet by 3.5 ft deep with tunneling under the road along the direction of the buried gas line. The barrier placed last week has been swallowed by the hole. Structural integrity of the road would appear to be compromised with the tunneling.
