Where the sidewalk ends. Not sure why this section of sidewalk has fallen into disrepair. It'd be great if it could continue, especially since there is no sidewalk on the other side of the street. Thank you!

Correct - this is Hibernia near the MARTA service access area. I can see my house in the background. : )
Yes, for at least 8 years this has been a sandbox or mud pit, depending on the weather, and it trips up kid's scooters, or gets shoes and paws muddy.
