Description
Dead animal in a white plastic bag on Jungle Hill to the left of 2233 Ransom Ave about the middle of the hill close to the fence line. A police officer came by yesterday (9/12) to investigate what was in the sealed bag that smelled bad and discovered it's a dead animal. He said he would have animal control come pick it up but they haven't yet so just wanted to report it here too because now that the sealed bag is open it smells a lot worse.
