Description

Moving Van in driveway for over 6 months . Trash debris always scattered everywhere all around house. Been that way for months

Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on September 9th. The owner has seven days to complied. Code Compliance will reinspect after the seven days and if not complied with the City will have their contractor clean up the site and the owner will be billed for the work.

I respectfully submit that 7 days has passed and this is still not cleaned up. Time to move ahead with some enforcement. Thank you Carol Wood.

Today is September 30. 21 days has gone by and if anything it is worse. Why has City Contractor not been sent?

This property was reinspected on September 28th. It has been turned over to the City contractor and I will follow-up on Monday to see when we can expect this clean-up.

Trailer has been removed. City came in and cleaned up. But it is already accumulating again to the point where there may have to be a new complaint filed very soon
