Not only does Code Enforcement need to contact the deadbeat landlord but this sounds like St. Pete Police also need to get involved.

Amen Susanne! I have contacted PCSO and hopefully they will help. It's sad, there are good people living in Lealman and we just want to live in peace.

Yes Lisa, there are good people living in Lealman and you can tell the ones who care as they take care of their yards and buildings. However, since I moved to Florida, I can tell there are a lot of slum lords who the city needs to stay on top of. However, I understand due to staffing issues, they can't keep up. With all of the slumlords who don't care and the volume of foreclosures, we have to live amongst a lot of trashy properties and our only recourse is to keep talking to Code Enforcement.
