this is a common dumping location. Is a "don't dump sign" needed? Rarely is anything left here usable or worthy for re-use

Good idea! It's a rare day when there isn't something dumped on this corner. Maybe a no dumping sign that included info re the fines for dumping would be helpful. If it did, it would be a lot cheaper than the city coming to pick up garbage here a couple of times a week.
