Does your city even have such a thing? I called to find out hours of operation and had to contact the local police switchboard. I was attempting to locate my lost dog and find out when I could view the animals for adoption. I left a message that was never responded to and still have no idea when this location is open. Do you guys have any responsibilities to taxpayers? Any accountability? Don't you're a disgrace on many levels. I'm writing to my city council people asap. Your job is to help the public and find their owners or adopt them out. How do you expect to accomplish that when even the police dept has no idea what your hours of op are?
