LARGE pile of trash on lot. Stack of mattresses, buckets, full dumpster. Definitely a breeding ground for rodents. Lot has been this way for at least 6 months.

One month later, and pile of trash hasn't moved.

I went by the property earlier this week and the driveway was clear of debris.

Dumpster is gone, but pile of trash and mattresses still there.

The Pile of Trash and Mattresses are still there. I drove by at 12:20 pm today.

I was there on Monday to do a re inspection and to take photos because I had sent the owner 2 notices and a citation and everything was gone! This is the parcel with the 2 garages near the corner of Grattan?

Yes. It's the parcel BEHIND the row of arborvitae bushes that separates the parking area.not sure if it's considered grattan street or Ashgrove. Took a picture today, but can't post it in the comments, but pile is untouched. Mattresses, buckets, bathtub, tv, bed frames.

I will send the paperwork down to our Law Dept.

Pile of trash has been moved, now stacked against side of building. But all the trash is still there. Mattresses, tub, etc.

3 months later, and pile of trash still there. Tired of my neighborhood looking like a dump.
