Description

Why can't the Porta potty be placed on the other side of the baseball field by the community center? It would be a more private location for people that want to use it. And give the neighbors a little relief. And be less dangerous to people crossing the street.

A. Why does the Porta potty have to be on the street. Is there any consideration for neighbors that live in the area? Also, the Porta potty could obstruct the view of a person or child crossing the street. In addition, it could be a hiding place for somebody at night. Could be dangerous to a person walking by.
