Please know that, if the vehicle appears to be operable and is not wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and either the Registration or the Inspection is expired, then it is not a Junk Motor Vehicle. Being operable or appearing to be operable (ie: no flat tires, no drive-train hanging under the car, etc.) and having one expired sticker is not a Junk Motor Vehicle. Being wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, or discarded and either the Registration or the Inspection have expired is a Junk Motor Vehicle.

The Code Officer is trying to locate the last registered owner. The management company has been notified of the vehicle.

The Code Officer reported that the vehicle was moved into the street; CSPD tagged it with a 48-hour sticker.

This issue is ongoing. We ask for your patience as we work toward a resolution.

The Code Officer spoke with the vehicle owner, who will try to get the car behind a fence by the end of the month.

The Code Officer stickered the vehicle today, followup is May 12.

Vehicle is still parked in the same spot. Since this issue was first reported, a house has been built next to it. Please tow.
