10/11/2016 Posted 24 hr notice for board up & 30 days for corrections of violations. On 10/12/2016 Board up not corrected, submitted for such. Forwarded for review for possible NIP. BA

11/29/2016 Not done $100.00 fine & recheck April 2017 for completion and if not then will forward to law department. BA

04/17/2017 Not done, had to post another 10 day for board up, upon the 10 day recheck this will be forwarded to the law dept. BA

04/28/2017 Board up not done, forwarded to MJ for contracting and completion. Forwarded to law dept for failure to correct. BA
