This is the third time I am reporting this issue. It has continued to be a problem for three years now. Pool is partially filled with water that is BLACK. Code enforcement came out neighbor said they would drain then rainy season arrived once again the pool is disgusting. Top of water is moving as if it is rainy outside which it isn't. Dragon flies are rampant and so are mosquitos and FROGS at night. Last year a dead animal was found rotting in back yard. Something must be done to fix the problem permanently not just until there is no chlorine left in the rotting water. We have children living in this neighborhood!

The only two resolutions I see is 1. the pool is drained each time it rains or 2. the pool is filled in.
I don't see how a phone call from me is needed to address the issue again. It is the rainy season and now we are dealing with mosquito born diseases.
It is not reasonable to expect that I call officer Nazario every time it rains!

Just to be clear I feel it is unnecessary to contact code enforcement every time it rains to get this situation resolved.
This has been an ongoing issue for four plus years.
I report someone comes out my neighbors throw some chemicals in the pool or say they are going to drain it and then that's it until the next time I report it.
There needs to be more than one follow up. I don't feel the burden should not be on me.
