Code Enforcement assigned this issue to Jim Sberal

A Nuisance Notice has been sent to the owner of the property telling him to abate as follows but not limited to the garbage, old tires, scrap building material, junk, rubbish and refuse on and about the yard. I also told him to repair the fence in a workman like manner. October 11, 2016 is the day for the garbage clean up and the rest of the issues to be done by October 16, 2016. Jim Sberal

I live in the neighborhood and this is a chronic problem at this address.

Garbage continues to be left out days before pick up and is now scattered across the back yard and alley. This issue has never been resolved.

This place litters the whole neighborhood and is an eyesore. Something has to be resolved for good on this property. There is no excuse for this, period. The city needs to take care of this once and for all and follow up. obviously the last warning didn't work.
