S. The CPD paddy wagon is parked in the space reserved for the CTA. This was observed at 429 pm on 10/5/16 this was not the first time that a police car has been parked in the way of the bus stop. There are no excuses for them to park in the way of Chicago tax paying citizens getting on and off the bus. The CPD has a vast underused parking lot, a garage and a blocks worth of parking lot room in front of their station.
