Description

East bound traffic, W. Laburnum, left turn lane.
the light is STILL TOO SHORT for left turning traffic.
3 cars get through the light before it changes to yellow, the last two pass through on a RED LIGHT because they want to get home.
Meanwhile, the traffic builds up because there is not enough time for enough cars to turn left.
So, the left lane of W. Laburnum gets backed up, which affects people trying to go straight across Brook Rd.
Who is in charge of this?
Should we get some 3rd graders to do the job? I'm sure they could figure
