Description

There is a sizeable hole (about 5 inches) in the street on Nansemond Street that looks like the start of a sinkhole. The road at the hole's location is curved and wavy, and there is a strong standing water odor in the area. I cannot get through to anyone over the phone and am certain this needs attention before it gets more serious. The hole is located between Floyd and Grove, between the 3400 and 3500 blocks in zip code 23221.
