Yard waste was collected today 9/27/2016 from my property at 2 Ward Ln, Savannah, 31411. The waste was in a black Rubermaid 45Gallon 2-wheeled thrash can with lid. The collection workers while emptying the can broke the wheels of the can, and dumped the empty can and the broken wheels on my neighbors property, without notifying me.

The broken thrash can needs to be replaced.
