Description

Patrick O'Dell was driving a moving truck and stuck a No Parking sign. The sign was put on the corner of arlington and linden streets before they left with the truck. I was not sure if I should let anyone know, as my wife was a witness from a second floor window. I have attached a photo of the sign laying down between telephone poles.
