If the tree was planted a few months ago it may have died, which would put it on a replacement list. It may have been cut down for the replacement during the fall tree planting program.

Makes sense to me. I saw the stump was removed as well. It would of been nice if the people doing this work didn't make such an awful mess. When I came home there was soil everywhere. It blew all the way up my front steps. In any case we can close this. Looking forward to the new tree.

This tree pit is now listed, and we will attempt to plant a new tree there once the weather permits.
