My building is being sold because my landlord died. His estate put plexiglass over the air shaft in the bathroom to block a draft. An HPD inspector listed it as a violation and the plexiglass was removed. The bathroom has NO RADIATOR and is cold when the temperature goes down.

Can someone please help me with this?
